Derek Jeter was selected to his 10th All-Star Game yesterday, and has a good history in the Midsummer Classic. Post 1957, Jeter holds the highest batting average in the game at .474. He also ranks in the top 10 in OBP and SLG, and was named the game’s MVP in 2000. Jeter will hope to lead the American League this season to extend their unbeaten streak to 12.
This card is part of the 2003 Fleer Ultra set. It’s not a valuable card, but I think it might end up being one of his signature cards because he will always be remembered as one of the best All-Star Game performers.
